Refund Policy

Refunds within 7 days, before any full paper is generated

Within 7 days of buying a pass, if you are not satisfied or hit a problem we cannot solve, and you have not yet generated a full paper with that pass (Chinese, English or maths), you can ask for a full refund. Email support@clavisexam.com with your pass code (the one starting with pp_ shown on the page) or your Stripe receipt.

If your payment needs a top-up (see “Price region” in the Terms) and you would rather not pay it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days; the pass is not activated until the difference is paid.

How it works

We refund through Stripe to the original payment method; banks usually take a few business days. After a refund, the pass stops working automatically.

When we cannot refund

Once a full paper has been generated, or after 7 days, refunds are generally not given, because generating each paper has a real cost to us. A paper that failed to generate does not count (the quota is returned automatically when it fails). If the Service was unavailable for most of the time after you paid, or a paper is unusable because of our fault, contact us and we will consider it.

Other

The price is one-time and never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Where consumer law in your region gives you more rights, the law applies.
