1. 我们处理的信息
- 你提供的资料：上传或粘贴的文字、文件，以及从中提取的文字和分析结果。用于分析和生成练习卷。
- 会话编号：每次打开网页会生成一个随机编号，用来把你的资料和卷子对应起来。它不是 Cookie，也不关联你的姓名。
- 浏览器本地存储：保存你的语言选择；付款后保存通行证码，方便下次使用。不用于广告或跟踪。
- 付款信息：付款在 Stripe 页面完成，我们不保存银行卡号。我们保存订单编号、档位、账单所在国家、金额、状态，以及你在 Stripe 页面填写的邮箱（如果填了）。这个邮箱只用来在付款后、或你要求“用邮箱找回”时，把通行证码发给你（经邮件服务商 Resend 发送），不用于营销。
- 服务器日志：访问时间和 IP 地址，用于安全和防止滥用。
- 访问统计：为了知道每天大约有多少位访客，我们用 IP 和浏览器信息生成一个每天更换的哈希值，只用来去重计数，保存 45 天，不保存 IP，也不用来识别你是谁。
2. AI 与语音处理
为了分析试卷，你的文字（或扫描件图片）可能会发送给第三方 AI 服务（Anthropic 的 Claude）处理。为了节省重复处理，相同资料的分析结果会缓存最多 30 天。录音如果启用转写，由我们自己的服务器处理。
3. 保存多久、怎么删除
上传的资料和生成的卷子默认保留 30 天后自动清理。你可以随时点网页底部的“删除我的资料”，立即删除本会话的上传、卷子、生成结果和由你产生的分析缓存，无法恢复。付款记录因财务和对账需要会保留。
4. 同意贡献
网页上有一个“同意贡献”选项，默认勾选。勾选后，题目经改写并去除姓名、学校等个人信息后，可能在审核后加入题库，不包含你的原卷。你可以取消勾选。由未成年人使用时，请由家长或监护人决定。
5. 儿童
本服务面向各年龄的学生。18 岁以下的用户请在家长或监护人知情的情况下使用。
6. 数据存放
服务器可能位于你所在国家以外。我们不出售你的信息。

Privacy Policy
Operated by Clavis Sinica Limited (a company registered in New Zealand; Auckland, New Zealand). Contact: support@clavisexam.com. We collect as little as we can, and explain here what, why and for how long.
1. What we process
- Materials you provide: text or files you upload or paste, the text extracted from them and the analysis results. Used to analyse and build practice papers.
- Session ID: a random ID created each time you open the page to match your materials to your papers. It is not a cookie and is not linked to your name.
- Browser local storage: remembers your language, and after payment your pass code. Not used for advertising or tracking.
- Payment data: payment happens on a Stripe page; we never store card numbers. We keep the order ID, price tier, billing country, amount, status, and the email you enter on the Stripe page (if any). We use that address only to email you your pass code after payment or when you ask to recover it (sent through our email provider, Resend); never for marketing.
- Server logs: access time and IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
- Visit statistics: to know roughly how many visitors we have each day, we compute a hash from your IP and browser details that changes every day. It is used only to count, kept for 45 days, does not store your IP and is not used to identify you.
2. AI and speech processing
To analyse papers, your text (or scanned images) may be sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic’s Claude). To avoid repeat processing, the analysis result for identical material is cached for up to 30 days. If audio transcription is enabled, recordings are processed on our own server.
3. Retention and deletion
Uploaded materials and generated papers are removed automatically after 30 days by default. You can click “Delete my data” at the bottom of the page at any time to delete this session’s uploads, papers, results and the analysis cache created by you, immediately and irreversibly. Payment records are kept for accounting and reconciliation.
4. Contribution
The page has a “Contribute” option, ticked by default. If ticked, questions may, after being rewritten and stripped of names, schools and other personal details, be reviewed and added to the question bank; your original paper is not included. You can untick it. For minors, a parent or guardian should decide.
5. Children
The Service is for students of all ages. Users under 18 should use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
6. Where data is kept
Servers may be located outside your country. We do not sell your information.
7. Your rights and contact
To see, correct or delete information about you, email support@clavisexam.com with your pass code or a description of your session.
